We respect your privacy. You can permanently delete your Cinezy account and associated data anytime.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@thecinezy.com using the email linked to your Cinezy account.
Include your name, registered email/phone, and a short message confirming that you want your account deleted.
We’ll verify your request within 48 hours and delete your account within 7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Data Deleted:
Profile info (name, email, phone)
Snack and parking order history
Uploaded images or attachments
Data Retained (up to 90 days):
Payment transaction IDs or receipts (for legal compliance)
Anonymous analytics (non-identifiable data)
Note: Deletion is permanent. Once completed, your previous orders and data can’t be recovered.
Need Partial Data Removal?
If you’d like to remove certain data (like past orders) without deleting your account, email support@thecinezy.com with details, and our team will assist.
